Go to www.jmzphoto.com and check out some great shots of our performance at the Gasthaus Wednesday Night Classics car show in Waukesha. You can find them there under the EVENT button. The photos were taken by Jeff Zmania, who’s been capturing our performances over the last year and publishing them on his website. He’s also designing the cover and inside layouts of our new CD, which should be out in the next few weeks. We are so thankful for Jeff’s great work.

Thanks, Gasthaus and car show

We had a fantastic time playing at the Wednesday Night Classics car show in Waukesha. Thanks to the Gasthaus German Restaurant for having us back, and thanks to everyone who weekly organizes one of the biggest and best custom car shows in the area. You truly put on a professional and enjoyable show. Next up for Rebecca and the Grey Notes: 10 p.m. July 4 at Potawatomi Casino & Hotel’s Fire Pit Side Bar, 1721 W. Canal St., Milwaukee.

Hey guys,
Check out “All Out of Tomorrows” under media! This is another original from our upcoming album, recorded in February. Thanks!
Music and a car show
Classic cars and classic music — what a great combination.
Last year we were fortunate to be invited to play at Weissgerber’s Gasthaus during its weekly Wednesday Night Classics car show, and we are fortunate to be invited back to play again. Last year we admired this 1956 Chevrolet, along with scores of other great cars, at the car show. So stop by the Gasthaus, 2720 N. Grandview Blvd., Waukesha, on Wednesday, June 24, beginning at 5 p.m. for a great evening of classic cars and classy music. This event is free.
Thank you, Tally’s
Thanks to Jessica and Tally’s and our loyal fans for a great night of music on May 29. We were encouraged by the positive response to all five of our original songs. We hope to have our EP featuring those five songs ready for distribution by early July, if not sooner. Stay tuned for updates. Meanwhile, our next show is Wednesday, June 24, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Gasthaus Car Show in Waukesha.

EP studio work is done
Studio work on our forthcoming EP has been completed. Final step, mastering, will be starting soon. Hoping to have the album of five original songs and one cover ready for summer distribution. Big crowd at Tally’s — Thanks!
Thanks to everyone who attended our show April 10 at Tally’s Tap & Eatery in Waukesha. Not sure whether it was the good food or our music, but whatever the case, it was crowded all night. Thanks to all our friends, relatives, co-workers and former co-workers for joining in on the fun. We had a blast. We’ll return to Tally’s on May 29.
Back to Tally’s on April 10
Fresh off a great gig at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Rebecca and the Grey Notes will perform this Friday, April 10, at Tally’s Tap & Eatery, S31-W24661 Sunset Drive, on Waukesha’ south side. The first chord will be struck at 8:30 p.m. As is the case with all of our shows, this is a FREE show. We will be playing five original songs along with our solid lineup of covers and other new material as we revamp our set lists. You can hear the full version of one of our originals, “You Belong to Me,” in the Media portion of this webpage. Hope to see you there.
Great crowd at Potawatomi
Thanks to everyone who came out to see us on Friday, March 27, at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino’s Fire Pit Side Bar. Many in attendance were there way past their bed time, so we certainly appreciate your loyalty!
Also for the first time we played live versions of three new original songs that will be on our forthcoming EP. Thanks to Potawatomi for inviting us to play.
