It’s not often that we get to do a gig in Milwaukee County, so we jumped at the offer to play at 10 p.m. June 1 at Paulie’s Pub & Eatery, 8301 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis. The owners are doing a complete remodel of the bar/ restaurant’s inside, so don’t be surprised if you just see bare walls and toolboxes. The renovation should be completed by the end of the summer, and the result will be one of the finest live music venues in the area. This gig will officially open our busy summer of music, with performances in June at Polish Fest, July at Summerfest, Tally’s Tap & Eatery and Bastille Days, and August at the Wisconsin State Fair.
